Velvet offers worldwide shipping to you directly through our official partner Premium Express Delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the season, estimated from 1 week to 3 weeks working days inside and outside Kuwait.
Delivery for Ready Dresses from 3 to 5 days inside and outside Kuwait.

Every piece curated by the Velvet is a custom piece made specifically for you. Return is not applicable, with the exception of the reasons below.

If there was a flaw from the brand in terms of sizing, the Velvet will provide the alterations, once the piece is shipped back to the headquarters. The first time is free of charge.
if the sizing is flawed by the client, there will be an extra charge of 3 KWD for delivery and 10 KWD for alterations.
Financial Refunds are not applicable.
Please make sure your items are returned in the best condition, unused, and with The Velvet Abaya garment tags still attached.
Returns are only accepted within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded.
After the customer pays online, he must cancel the order within 24 hours (one day) to receive a refund
